* Campus Recreation is now offering CPR classes to any and all departments including the Innovation Campus. Sign up to get American Red Cross CPR certified. The cost is $25 per person. For more information, contact Vanessa at vanessa.buehne@wichita.edu or 978-5289.

* With the start of a new semester, here are some changes concerning visitor parking. Visitors can park for four days per year (from July to June) without an ePermit before having to purchase one. The only exception to this will be in the parking garage where anyone (visitor, student or employee) will have to pay to park in a stall on one of the metered levels. On their fifth visit to campus, visitors will need to purchase an ePermit at http://www.wichita.edu/parking. Visitors may purchase either single-day ePermits for $5 or frequent visitor ePermits for $75 per semester.

* The College of Education invites students, faculty and staff to a solar eclipse watch party from 12:30-2:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 21, on the Corbin patio. You won't want to miss this historical event. Special viewing glasses will be provided for first 100 in attendance. Enjoy ice cream sundaes, live music and prizes. * Join runners / walkers for a fun journey through one of the prettiest campuses in Kansas! As a participant of the USATF-Certified Course Pumpkin Run 5K, you will receive a one-of-a-kind glow-in-the-dark T-shirt. Little Pumpkin Runners of the 1K will also receive a glow-in-the-dark T-shirt. The event is open to WSU students, faculty / staff, Innovation Campus employees, family, friends and the general public.
