At Wichita State, asking for help is a sign of strength. To help create a community of support, encourage students to ask for help when they need it. If students are having difficulty in their courses, they should first seek help from their professors during office hours. Refer students to their course syllabi for scheduled office hours for each course. Respectful, timely and informative answers to student questions is expected of all members in our Shocker community.
