The Office of Human Resources (HR) is happy to announce an update in the area of benefits administration. We have developed a centralized Total Rewards team, designed to efficiently and effectively serve our employees. For future communications, please email totalrewards@wichita.edu with general questions and concerns related to topics such as health insurance, retirement, tuition assistance, workers compensation, Fair Labor Standards (FLSA) and Family Medical Leave (FMLA), etc. Establishing a virtual inbox is a fast and easy way for employees to communicate as several of our HR team will monitor it throughout the day and can be more timely in our responses to employees. HR can also generate email to employees through our virtual inbox regarding changes to their benefit deductions.
