Do you want to live on Mars? Wu-Invent Mars or Bust

Wu-Invent aims to motivate student innovators, entrepreneurs and creative thinkers to come together and find solutions to difficult problems. This semester's theme is Mars or Bust, with the aim of finding solutions for sustainable human survival on Mars (and Earth). Students will form teams of three-to-five and work on problems covering a wide range of technical, physiological, psychological, nutritional, architectural and ethical aspects. Mentors will be available and the teams will present their solutions to judges for a chance to win more than $750 worth in prizes. The competition will be held from 4-10 p.m. Friday, Sept. 15, and 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 16, in the Experiential Engineering Building lobby.
