* The WSU Office of Research invites you to its first Research Workshop of this academic year. Plan to attend "The Anatomy of a Patent" workshop from noon-1:30 p.m. tomorrow (Friday, Sept. 8) in 405 Jardine Hall. The workshop will be a brown bag event, so bring your lunch -- tea, water and dessert will be provided. * Green Zone Training is available for faculty and staff members who would like to learn more about working with military and veteran students. * WSU faculty and staff have the opportunity to take a free online professional development course if enrolled by Friday, Sept. 15. * Don't forget that the Health Assessment is required for employees and enrolled spouses to earn the 2018 Premium Discount through the HealthQuest Rewards Program. * An option is available that will eliminate using personal funds for official university business travel. It's called an iTravel Business Procurement Card. This card will allow you to use a university-provided VISA card to pay for non-per diem related business travel costs.
