Faculty and staff are invited to sign up for "Case in Point: Lessons for the proactive manager," a newsletter distributed monthly to the president's executive team, WSU business managers and other interested staff. The newsletter is shared by Chris Cavanaugh, director of internal audit. Published by Auburn University, the newsletter is a compendium of information security and technology, fraud and ethics, compliance and legal, and campus life headlines from across higher education. It illustrates the array of issues affecting colleges and universities and provides examples of lessons learned, to which Cavanaugh adds a note of his own.
