The school year is underway and there are many new employees and student assistants. Please note this gentle reminder -- the entire WSU campus is addressed 1845 Fairmount, and maps software programs bring many visitors to Wilner Auditorium. The staff spends a considerable amount of time giving directions, handing out maps and trying to contact campus departments when there is no information except 1845 Fairmount in the address.

When you have people coming to campus for appointments or service calls, make sure they have specific instructions on your location, where to park and a contact person's information.

If you order something for delivery, you must include your building name, room number and a contact person's name in the delivery address. Most delivery orders also have room for notes, and adding some specific instructions on how to find you would be helpful. Please also include location information on your webpages if you are a department or office that typically has visitors from off campus. Thank you.
