The Evolving Leaders Program is designed for returning students to WSU who are looking to expand upon their leadership skills and abilities. Applications are open until 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 15, at http://www.wichita.edu/j/?5864. This eight-week program, beginning Friday, Sept. 29, will focus on the continued development of personal growth through self-discovery in group dynamics. The program will cover a variety of personality and leadership self-assessments to help guide each student while evolving in to their leadership style. In addition, each person will help with the planning of the Leadership Discovery Summit, a half day leadership workshop taking place in mid-November.
