The "Early Bird" rate expires at the close of business this Friday, Sept. 15, for the 38th Annual Kansas Economic Outlook Conference. The conference will be held from 7:30-11:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 5, in Intrust Bank Arena. Register at http://www.eoc2017.cedbr.org. After Friday, registration will be $150.
