Reminder -- If you have not taken time to update your personal information as requested by the Office of Equal Opportunity, we ask that you take a few minutes to complete the self-identification as described at the link below. Wichita State University relies on federal funds for many of our programs. To ensure continued or expanded funding, it is critical that we accurately report the number of individuals with disabilities and military veterans that we employ.

Self-identification
All employees are asked to update their information prior to Sunday, Oct. 1. The process is very simple and takes only a short time. Individuals with disabilities are not required to provide any detailed information. The form asks employees to check a box indicating "Yes, I have a disability" or "No, I do not have a disability." The form includes a list of common disabilities including cancer, major depression and diabetes. Options for veterans will be displayed on the page.

- From the faculty / staff page click on Banner Self-Service in the top right hand corner
- Click on Personal Information and complete the forms under the following links:
- Veterans Classification
- Disability Status
