Wichita State's James Ho will present "Material Physics" at 2 p.m. tomorrow (Wednesday, Sept. 20) in 128 Jabara Hall. Refreshments and discussion will follow the talk. Starting with a historical perspective of science, physics and materials research, Ho will review current topis in materials physics -- superconductors, graphene, two-dimensional ferromagnets, topological insulators and Majorana fermions.
