* Kimberly Marshall, known worldwide for her compelling programs and presentations of organ music, will present an organ concert at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow (Tuesday, Sept. 26) in Wiedemann Hall. * A come-and-go open lab will be offered for those involved in editing / approving the general information sections of the upcoming catalog from 10:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 28, in 122 Jabara Hall. It will be a hands-on opportunity to have questions answered. A short introduction to the software will take place during the first 30 minutes of the session. Registration is not required. * Are you looking for a fun, educational and loving place for your pre-K child? The Wichita State University Child Development Center (CDC) has an immediate opening in our Prekindergarten room for this school year. This room is enrolling children who will be 4-5 years old and entering Kindergarten in August 2018. For more information, contact the CDC at 978-3109.
* Save the date for a one-day-only special from the University Bookstore! On Wednesday, Sept. 27, the Bookstore will have two styles of long sleeve T-shirts for just $10. They will be available in sizes small-3xl and in store only while supplies last that day, so make sure to hurry in and grab yours. Store hours are 8 a.m.-7 p.m. that day.

Join your Human Resources Total Rewards staff in the hands-on, open lab to learn more about health insurance and retirement benefits. * The office of Instructional Design and Technology, part of the Media Resources Center, has changed its name to Instructional Design and Access (IDA) to better reflect the team's focus on instructional access as a core focus of their mission.
* A Graduate School Professional Development event, co-sponsored by Instructional Design & Technology will be held from 5-6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 28, in 265 RSC. Learn what an LMS is and about the emerging landscape surrounding accessibility in "Preparing to Teach in the Modern World."
