* Wichita State alumnus Joel Mehler with Novetta Inc., will present "New Rules: How Cybersecurity Touches Everything, and How You Can Be Part of the Solution," at 4 p.m. today (Thursday, Sept. 21) in 101 Geology Building.
* In accordance with National Hazing Prevention Week, members of the Fraternity and Sorority Life community invite you to attend a screening of the film "Haze," a documentary revealing the truth of what hazing is and the effects it can have on a community. Join us in exposing and ending the reality of hazing. The screening will take place at 6 p.m. today (Thursday, Sept. 21) in 208 Hubbard Hall.

* There will be a test of the ShockerAlert System around 1:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 22, to ensure that campuswide emergency communication channels are functioning properly. All faculty and staff are encouraged to register their cell phone numbers to receive ShockerAlert messages. * University Libraries is hosting the workshop "Copyright Basics for Students" from 5:30-7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 26, in 217 Ablah Library.
