Wichita State has Amazon Locker service as a delivery option for your Amazon orders at the university. The lockers are located west of the Grace Wilkie Hall shuttle bus stop at parking lot 15 on Wichita State's main campus, between the Heskett Center Gymnasium and Grace Wilkie Annex. Locker deliveries don't add any cost, are safe and secure, and you know exactly where to pick up your packages. They are accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can use the lockers for delivery on eligible orders, to return items to Amazon, or to ship things you might sell on Amazon's Marketplace. You are notified by Amazon of a delivery and have three days to collect your package.

To start using Amazon Lockers for your deliveries, log into your Amazon account through a web browser, go to "manage your address book," and at the top of the screen where you would enter a new address to ship to you should see "Or pick up your packages at your convenience from our self-service locations. To add an Amazon Pickup Point or Locker, click here." This will allow you search for Amazon Locker locations. The easiest way to locate our Wichita State locker is to search for it by its name, "Maisie." Once Amazon has located our locker for you, add it to your address book. Because the locker system has to assign a space for each delivery, make sure you follow these steps or the shipment won't be left at the locker, and will instead be returned to Amazon.

The next time you place an order with Amazon, if locker delivery is an option, you'll be able to select it during checkout. Remember that some orders will not be eligible, for example, if your item is too large to fit inside or it's not shipped from an eligible seller. If that's the case, you can still ship to your other addresses in your address book. When your package is ready and in the locker, you'll get a message with a PIN number and a bar code to open the locker with your package. After you remove your package, be sure to close the locker.
