Hands-on training for firefighters this Sunday at Fairmount Towers

More than 300 firefighters from across the nation will be in Wichita this weekend (Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 23-24) for a fire-training workshop and hands-on class. One of the activities from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 24, will involve the use of Fairmount Towers, Wichita State's former student-housing facility.
