The Wichita State Symphony Orchestra is bringing Betul Soykan, assistant professor of violin, to their stage this fall. Soykan will be spotlighted as a soloist at the first concert of their 2017-2018 season. The concert will take place at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow (Thursday, Sept. 28) in Miller Concert Hall.
