WSU is excited to partner with Law Enforcement Agencies in Sedgwick County to host Coffee With a Cop, a movement designed to help break down the barriers in communities between residents and officers that can make it hard to address crime and public safety. WSU Police, Wichita Police Department, Sedgwick County Sheriff's Department, Haysville Police Department, Bel Aire Police Department and Derby Police Department will be represented from 9-10 a.m. today (Wednesday, Oct. 4) in 266 RSC. Students, faculty, staff and the community are welcome to come for coffee and refreshments.
Wichita State police also will be available to visit from 1-2 p.m. at WSU's Starbucks.
