Wellness Wednesday tip from the Heskett Center

If you work in an office most of the day, your body becomes very familiar with slumping over a keyboard. The rounded, shoulders-forward pose needs to be opened. Take a break every now and then, and stretch your chest or open your heart so that your "work slump" doesn't become an "all-the-time slump." This wellness tip is courtesy of Sally Beckett, assistant fitness and wellness coordinator at the Heskett Center.
