In keeping with Wichita State's Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) goals, the Office of Adult Learning is restructuring to better serve our students. The office, led by Director Susan Norton, is moving the position of office manager to a student-serving role of returning adult specialist. In the new role, this person will provide transcript analysis, admission advising assistance and recruitment and retention efforts for returning adults and Shocker Pathway students. Along with the change in roles, Pamela O'Neal has been promoted to assistant director. With this change, O'Neal will help with ongoing SEM efforts for returning adult students and assist in the overall direction of the office.
