* WSU Reads presents Coffee & Conversation from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. today (Wednesday, Oct. 25) on the first floor, RSC, near the north entrance. Students, faculty and staff are invited to stop by, enjoy a cup of coffee and discuss the idea of an "influencing machine" and what it means to be responsible consumers of media.
* Join the Biomedical Engineering Society (BME) for a meeting at 5:30 p.m. today (Wednesday, Oct. 25) in 338 Experiential Engineering Building. We will discuss the many opportunities within BME as an undergraduate.
* Just in time for Halloween, the WSU School of Performing Arts Music Theatre Program will present the Broadway sci-fi musical "Little Shop of Horrors" with book and lyrics by Howard Ashman and music by Alan Menken at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 26-Saturday, Oct. 28, and 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 29, in Wilner Auditorium. Free admission for students with a WSU ID.

* Help WSU Engineers Without Borders (EWB) by coming to I Got Sole 2017 from 1-6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 28, at Charles Koch Arena for a sneaker trade show fundraiser. One dollar of every ticket supports "Megabytes for Makenke!", a WSU-EWB project to provide St. Kizito Primary School of Makenke, Uganda, with the area's first computer lab.
