Join our biggest fitness challenge of the semester -- the F45 playoffs on Friday, Nov. 10. Test your fitness ability in this 10-minute circuit to crown WSU's top athlete. There are four age divisions, 48 available spots, prizes for all winners, and this year to make it even more fun, we have a team division.
