Please be advised that domestic water service for Morrison Hall, Jardine Hall, McKinley Hall, Wiedemann Hall and the Duerksen Fine Arts Center will be shut down from 7 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5, in order to switch a water main line flow path to a new 8-inch water main line next to Jardine Hall. Restrooms will be closed, and water-cooled equipment will be inoperable within these buildings during that period. Physical Plant regrets any inconvenience presented by the shutdown, but the interruption is necessary to bypass an old, problematic cast iron water line prior to the increased water demands that a new school year will bring.
