Nominations are open today (Monday, Nov. 6) for the Drum Major Award that recognizes a person who seeks greatness, but does so through service and love. This award is given annually at the Martin Luther King Unity Walk. An excerpt from Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s Drum Major Instinct speech states "If you want to say that I was a drum major, say that I was a drum major for justice, say that I was a drum major for peace: I was a drum major for righteousness."
