* Bin Li, assistant professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, will give a talk as part of the Mechanical Engineering Graduate Seminar Series from 11 a.m.-noon today (Monday, Nov. 27) in 208 Hubbard Hall. The talk is titled "Soy Protein as Functional Materials."
* University Libraries is hosting the workshop, "National and International Market Research," from 5:30-7 p.m. tomorrow (Tuesday, Nov. 28) in 217 Ablah Library. * Balancing school, work and family can make life stressful sometimes. Mental Health Positivity is an event from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. tomorrow (Tuesday, Nov. 28) on the first floor, RSC, dedicated to educating Shockers on the importance of positive mental health. Come make free kindness notes to pass on to those around you while learning different ways to deal with anxiety from fellow peers and the Counseling and Testing Center. This is a free event.
* Join us and celebrate the photographic work of Derby's own talent, John Gabor, in the Art Show at WSU South from 11:30 a.m.-9 p.m. now through Thursday, Nov. 30. Admission is free. Gabor will be on hand to meet with visitors from 5-7 p.m. tomorrow (Tuesday, Nov. 28).
