The next session of the Hiring Process Training will be from 9 a.m.-noon Monday, Dec. 11. This class covers the benefit eligible hiring process, including completion of the search forms and the roles and responsibilities of the search chair, search committee member and hiring manager. It also explains the development of position descriptions, supplemental questions, resume evaluation, search form completion and candidate onboarding. It is a great learning tool for anyone who serves as a search chair or anyone wanting to learn more about the hiring process as a hiring manager, potential search chair member or administrative support.
