Finals stress?

Here are some tips for dealing with finals stress from Mind Matters.

Study right before sleep or exercise.
Never underestimate the power of sleep.
Use flashcards, then switch to a concept map.

Avoid irrational thoughts.
Don't get caught up in your negative thoughts.
