The Elliott School of Communication held its 38th Shocker Speakout on Friday, Dec. 8, in the CAC Theater. The Elliott School hosts the competition every semester, which consists of students from public speaking courses. There were five finalists who gave their policy persuasive speeches during the final round. Congratulations to Mary Buchele for winning the Fall 2017 Shocker Speakout competition.
