The Wichita State women's basketball team will host the Shocker Winter Classic Friday, Dec. 15, and Saturday, Dec. 16, in Charles Koch Arena. Oral Roberts will play Alcorn State at 4 p.m., and Wichita State will play Chicago State at 7 p.m. Friday. Saturday games will feature Alcorn State playing Wichita State at 6 p.m. and Oral Roberts vs. Chicago State at 8:30 p.m. Admission is free for students with a WSU ID.
The WSU women will open play in the American Athletic Conference by hosting Tulsa at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 30, in Charles Koch Arena. The Shockers will host Memphis at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 10. Admission is free for students with a WSU ID.
