Wichita Transit running shuttle for Shockers tomorrow (Saturday, Dec. 16)

Wichita Transit will provide enhanced service for the Wichita State versus Oklahoma basketball game at 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 16 at Intrust Bank Arena. The free Q-LINE trolley service will provide Q Express shuttle service from the designated park-and-ride lot at Lawrence-Dumont Stadium, 300 S. Sycamore, to the arena, with about a 10-minute frequency.

Q-LINE will also run regular routes along Douglas Ave. and through Old Town from noon-1 a.m. on Saturday. These trolleys will pick up and drop off at Douglas and St. Francis, just north of the arena.

From the Wichita State campus, a regular running route 21 bus will circle through campus along Perimeter Rd. at about 45 minutes after the hour, every hour. The 1:45 p.m. bus will arrive at the Transit Center, located just across the street from the arena at 2:05 pm. The last route 21 bus will depart from the Transit Center at 5:55 p.m. Single rides for the bus service are $1.75 or $5 for unlimited rides all day. No change is given on the bus.
