The Office of Diversity and Inclusion commemorates the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. through powerful programming and partnerships on campus and in the greater Wichita community. Enjoy a day of events in the Wichita community. Our office will be participating in the parade at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 13 at the Christian Faith Centre (1130 S. Broadway, Wichita, KS 67211). We encourage those participating in the parade to wear your Shocker gear or student organization T-shirts and bring banners and a canned good as entry into the parade.
