For the past few years, instructors who grade student submissions in Blackboard have had the Crocodoc tools available to them. Unfortunately, Crocodoc has discontinued service, so their tools are no longer available. Blackboard has replaced them with a similar set of tools called New Box View. New Box View will be turned on Tuesday, Jan. 16. From that point on, Crocodoc will not be available and grading comments made using the Crocodoc tools may not be accessible. If you have grading comments that you need to preserve (such as those associated with incomplete grades), please consider printing the impacted assignments.
