Rudd Foundation to announce new college scholarship program worth up to $400,000 to qualified students

The Rudd Foundation will announce a new college scholarship program at 10 a.m. today (Friday, Jan. 19) in the Marcus Welcome Center at Wichita State University. The program is designed to help Kansas residents who qualify for a Pell Grant to attend Wichita State University, Emporia State University or Fort Hays State University. Media are invited to attend and get details about this new program.

The Rudd Scholarship is a competitive, four-year award designed to remove financial barriers for students and pay any remaining costs associated with tuition and fees, books and supplies, and room and board after accounting for all other grants, scholarships and financial awards.
