University voicemail system upgrade -- new voicemail PINs
By now, you and/or your department should have received an email listing your temporary PIN. If you haven't seen that email, please check your junk folder, then talk to the person in your department responsible for telephone billing. If the billing contact doesn't have a PIN for you, he or she should email telecomservices@wichita.edu and we'll get the information to you.
WSU support will never ask you for your voicemail PIN. If you need assistance, we'll confirm your identity and then reset your PIN for you. If someone contacts you asking for your PIN, they're a scammer; please don't speak with them further.
