The Office of Special Programs administers and/or collaborates with nine TRIO and five GEAR UP programs at Wichita State University. It is one of the largest collection of federally funded college access, retention and success programs in the nation, and serves more than eight thousand students annually within the Wichita Metropolitan Area and across the state of Kansas.
