Hundreds of participants and spectators will attend a large eSports event today (Friday, Feb. 2) to Sunday, Feb. 4, in the Experiential Engineering Building. There also will be vendors throughout the building. The event, hosted by the College of Engineering and Midwest eSports will be streamed live at http://www.twitch.tv/wichitaesports.

Twelve games will be played and other events, like ICT Game Jam and cosplay contests, will take place. The price pool for League of Legends, a multiplayer online battle arena video game, will be $20,000.
