Last night's voicemail upgrade was completed as planned and the new system is now in use. You can still access your voicemail by dialing 8558, then logging in using your temporary PIN as your password. Once you log in, you'll be prompted to change your PIN, at which point you can set it to anything of your own choosing (including your previous PIN), within the constraints of the system, like a minimum of four digits.
For those who like to manage voicemail through a web browser, the link in the myWSU Employee Toolbox has been upgraded to point to the new system.
