Keep Calm and Breathe On is a great opportunity to structure relaxation time into your week. Learn relaxation, mindfulness and meditation techniques with the overall goal of managing stress, increasing well-being and leading a healthier life. Join us from 12:15-12:45 p.m. on Wednesdays in 257 RSC for a relaxation group led by a licensed counselor. It's free and open to all faculty, staff and students.
