WSU Leadership Academy offers four leadership development workshops

The Center for Leadership Development (Community Engagement Institute) and the WSU Leadership Academy will offer four leadership development workshops in April. Seth Bate, director of Leadership Development at the Community Engagement Institute, will facilitate these workshops. Each workshop will run from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. There is no cost to participate. A light continental breakfast and lunch will be provided. Each workshop has an enrollment cap. To enroll in any or all of the workshops, RSVP directly to Peter Cohen at peter.cohen@wichita.edu.

Wednesday, April 11 -- Diagnose situation
- Distinguish technical and adaptive work

Friday, April 13 -- Manage self

Wednesday, April 18 -- Energize others
- Engage unusual voices

Friday, April 20 -- Intervene skillfully

- Speak from the heart
- Give the work back
