Sleep Awareness Week activities

Get some well-deserved relaxation from Wellness Services during Sleep Awareness Week. Stop by our sleep kit tables from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. tomorrow (Tuesday, March 6) and Thursday, March 8, and pick up your sleep hygiene aids kit. Try a new way of relaxing on Wednesday, March 7, with Keep Calm and Breathe On from 12:15-12:45 p.m. in 257 RSC, or try some yoga from noon-12:45 p.m. Wednesday in 143 Heskett Center.
