The Lambda Alpha Symposium was created to encourage and recognized student research in the field of anthropology. The 20th annual student symposium on Saturday, April 7, provides students an opportunity to present a 15-minute presentation and discuss current research in an atmosphere conducive to professional development. At the end of the event, three judges will announce a winner, who will receive a prize of $100. An award for best undergraduate presentation also will be made.
