SGA Educational Opportunity Fund and Student Fee Committees to hold deliberations on Friday, March 9
The first half (9-11 a.m.) will be open for budget officers / official representatives of the requesting groups to give supplemental presentations to the initial one given during the open hearings a couple of weeks back. These will not be scheduled; instead, individuals can come at any time throughout that two-hour period to present. Please be mindful that presenters will have no more than eight minutes to present to the committees. Please be advised that this portion is only for budget officers and official presenters of the requesting groups; this is not a public forum. Individuals who are not presenters / budget officers can take the opportunity during the public forum portion of the senate meeting the following Wednesday to express concerns. Committee deliberations will occur during the second half of the meeting.
Students, faculty and staff are welcome to attend in the gallery during both sessions, but will not be permitted to speak or ask questions; this period is meant for the purpose of the committee deciding the recommendations.
