The Michael Tilford Conference on Diversity and Multiculturalism will be held Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 5-6, at the University of Kansas. The 2009 Michael Tilford Conference provides an opportunity for faculty, staff and administrators at the Kansas Regents' institutions and community colleges to approach transformation from an institutional perspective. This year's theme is "Diversity in Higher Education: Challenges & Opportunities for Kansas." The conference is provided at no cost to those attending. The conference is named in honor of the late Michael Tilford, former dean of the Graduate School at WSU.
