The Fairmount College of Liberal Arts and Sciences will host Dr. David Voran for a lunchtime talk, "The Medicine that Awaits You," at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, March 29, in 200 Lindquist Hall. Dr. Voran received degrees from WSU in Anthropology and Respiratory Therapy before going to medical school at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He has a passion for using innovation to extend healthcare to low-income patients, is a practicing family physician and assistant professor at UMKC.
