Corps to host meeting about government contracts in Kansas

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District, in conjunction with the WSU Kansas Procurement Technical Assistance Center, will host a government contracting informational meeting from 9-11:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 21, at WSU Old Town, 238 N. Mead (Harvester Room).

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking contractors for various projects related to the care and maintenance of projects in Kansas. Some of types of contracts available include various service and construction contracts. Types of contracts typically available include the cleaning and maintenance of buildings, mowing, debris removal, equipment maintenance and electrical work. More than $5 million in contract opportunities are available through various Tulsa District projects in Kansas.
