Stephen Amidon, author of six novels and a collection of short stories and this year's Distinguished Visiting Writer, will read from his work from 3:30-4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23, in the lower level of Ablah Library. Amidon's latest novel is titled "Security." The reading will be followed by a book signing. Light refreshments will be served.
