A memorial service for Dee Thompson, who worked in the WSU Computing Center for 32 years, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, in Surprise, Ariz. Thompson was 71. Thompson was an assistant director and manager of computer operations. He retired in 1999. Thompson is survived by his wife Lola, children Bret, Mischele and her husband, Brad, and two grandchildren.
