Reminders, deadlines, events and Shocker Blast
* During the next few weeks, the MRC will install accessible text size guides in all WSU instructional spaces, including classrooms and auditoriums. These ADA-consistent guides provide you with the minimum required size for both written and projected text in each classroom. For more information about accessibility at WSU, refer to the information at https://wsu.news/accessibility. And for help learning how to make your class or presentation more accessible, stop by the IDA Blackboard / accessibility lab from 1-3 p.m. any Tuesday or Wednesday in the C-space at the library.
* The next meeting of Engage ICT: Democracy on Tap -- focusing this time on sustainability -- is at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 5, at Roxy's Downtown, 412 ½ E. Douglas. All are welcome to attend. The event is free, and so are the appetizers. Learn more at EngageICT.org. For more information, email info@kmuw.org or go to 316-978-6789.
* The joint use agreement with Botanica Gardens is back. All WSU faculty and staff can walk Botanica Gardens for only $1 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday through Friday, now through Friday, Nov. 16.
