If you use IE8 and are having problems accessing all the options on myWSU or Self Service, select the compatibility mode button within Internet Explorer 8.0. This button is located in the navigation bar just to the right of the address bar (next to the refresh button). This is a built-in feature provided by Microsoft to allow the browser to emulate IE7. The Compatibility Mode Button is circled in red on this PDF. IE8 is not certified by Sungard to work with Banner at this time.
