Effective May 2010, the U.S. Postal Service has announced that future business reply mail and courtesy reply mail envelopes will require Intelligent Mail Barcodes to include WSU's mailer ID. WSU will have until May 2011 to deplete existing supplies. The campus post office is working with copy and print services for a smooth transition into the new requirements. When your present stock of business reply or courtesy reply envelopes runs out, your order for more envelopes will be printed with the new IMB requirements.
