Do you know a student who struggles with library research? LASI 170 Introduction to Library Research may be his or her ticket to writing better research papers. In this class, students will learn about the research process from writing a thesis statement, using the thesis statement to construct a search, and how to select appropriate resources. Note: This is not a writing class. Classes meet from 12:30-1:20 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays from Oct. 13-Dec. 10.
